Moose has led an exemplary life, so Nick Lou made the right decision. But there's the rest of the story. Moose was pulled over for who knows why and the police found a loaded .38 in the glove compartment. His explanation is that he was using it for squirrel hunting. Not the tool I'd use, but sometimes people need to make do with what they have. Complication is that Moose was previously arrested for marijuana possession and having the gun violated conditions of his parole. But as Nick Lou mentioned, 19 year olds can be dumb.
