heard MB on the FB broadcast yesterday say where it was going to be and that it should be soon, so I'm guessing as soon as the FB facility is finished they will start on it... going to be over by the SB and soccer complex which are very nice ...went to the game yesterday

I also saw his interview, he said the new stadium would sit on a small hill or knoll near the Softball and Soccer stadiums.

I've been told this picture has been confirmed as legitimate

I clicked on the picture. Love the angles of the stadium. Very unique. The angles down the line are nuts. Also love that they actually have the bullpens out behind the fences rather than being in the field of play. However, it does make me wonder if they will have the bullpen pitchers down there at all times rather than in the dugout, or if they will send the pitchers down there to warmup when they are needed. If it is the later, then how do they get down there with there not being much foul territory to get to the bullpen?

Is it just me, or do we try to build weird when it comes to Baseball ? I mean look at CHS, the hitting barn, strange structure stuck between 1st and RF in foul territory, no one can see who is warming in the bullpen. The short RF fence, the deck out in right center, the old scoreboard still standing, and in play. Now a stadium with more angles than a geometry class ...... Just strange !!
