Any WV or MD game wardens on the board ?

I'm looking to gain access to a creek in south western MD to fly fish. I think I have to go on CSX property to access the section of the creek I want to fish. I'm not sure if this section of the creek is open to public fishing. If anyone knows the proper route I should take to get the info need I'd appreciate it
