Volleyball. I personally can't stand it. Would much rather have a good women's basketball team! Having said that I wish them no ill will and hope they win the natty. I won't be watching though

I'll say this, Women's Volleyball players tend to be much easier on the eyes than Women's Basketball players.
Womens basketball is the lesser to mens basketball. Womens volleyball is the greater college sport to mens volleyball. I would much rather dominate in womens volleyball than womens basketball.

I definitely don't hate it...NU Volleyball is watchable, and in fact is the only Volleyball I watch - and even then it's only when my wife wants to watch it. Otherwise, I'll check in on the score during commercials of Family Guy or South Park.
It's cool that our Volleyball program is among the nation's best; but I cringe a little at the "Volleyball School" hyperbole we propagate - no one outside of Nebraska is impressed by that. I'd agree to disbanding the volleyball program if it means NU could go to a bowl game in football.

I'll watch Husker Volleyball and women's BBall any day of the week over Husker men's BBall.
Maybe men's BBall will change my mind this year but I'm not holding my breath.

Not only are our players super athletic but could easily be super models if the volleyball thing doesn’t work out!

Agreed. Women's basketball is just slow and lacking the hops compared to the men. Volleyball and gymnastics are as good or better on the womens side all the way up through the Olympic level
