Eastern school will be paired with Gonzaga for a March 7 discussion to bring on as basketball only Big 12 members?

UConn? That would be insane but a good pickup. Personally, one sport only additions is amateur hour stuff.

I agree with both comments. However some private projections...or opinions...are that basketball is going to grow in percentage of media package worth. Gonzaga and UConn would certainly fit that scenario.

Basketball will become exponentially more valuable once the "haves" break away from the NCAA and take that $1B NCAA Tournament money with them.
