Actually I have seen something similar, back in the 70's when gasoline was being rationed there was a similar panic going on. Who'd have ever thunk people would be hoarding toilet paper, bottled water, and hand sanitizer?
I remember that, Buzzard. I had low odd number on my license plate,people thought I was a gangster or a politician's son. The craziness did away with the job of gas jockey's at filling stations and the rise of self-serve pumps.
Guy's with pickup's would roll in with 100 gallon tanks in the back and the fights would begin.
