Finebaum had on Tom Lukinbill. Said some amazing things about State and Ole Miss. Compared OM to Oregon. You will come away shaking your head. I think its in the third hour in the last 15 minutes. My first post so welcome me. Been reading 6pack for a long time.

Hmmmmm.....
Oregon: Flashy uniforms, cool offense, huge amounts of money, sort of a different, Pacific-laid back feel to campus in a city of 150K.
Ole Miss: Traditional uniforms, cool offense, people who act like they have huge amounts of money, quaint southern campus in a city of 20K.
Even without making fun, I'm not getting the analogy. Both have up-tempo offenses, that's about the only similarity. Both 'University of....' flagship institutions if you will. I also haven't seen where athletes from all over are flocking to Ole Miss just because it's Ole Miss. The ones they got, they had some sort of tie-in with. Guess I need a resident rebel representative to help me with this one.

He said OM has the cool factor similar to Oregon and kids want to play at the cool school. High school kids see the freshmen Nkemdiche & Treadwell making an immediate impact and getting lots of playing time.
Finnebaum baited the guy with Mullen is a bust hasn't done crap after being @ MSU forever. The guy said when has MSU ever done much of anything. Competing in the west and consistently having 9 - 10 win seasons isn't going to happen with the talent available in MS.

Yep, luckily for OM now that there program has risen to such great heights on the college landscape (after going 7-6) where they can easily take out of state recruits away from the likes of Georgia, Florida State, Ohio State, Clemson, etc., they don't have to worry about that problem.
