Of what Petrino is going to do to us in 2 weeks?

Folks, he will humiliate us and run it up big time.

Agreed, but I don't dread it at all. I've already accepted it, expect it to happen, and am prepared to move on from it all. Such is life....

Frankly I have more dread about Stoops being a lame duck here for 2-3 years and having a zombie program. I can get over one more loss to UL rather quickly.

At this point I'm more worried about what we will do to ourselves that will cost us the game . We may have to overcome Petrinos coaching and ours .

Going to be ugly. I don't think UL is very good at all, but at least they are showing signs of improvement while we trip all over ourselves. Also, this is a coaching mismatch.

I don't think UL's very good at all and I don't think they can run up the score. Maybe I'm wrong but that's my take. I do think that Petrino will try to beat us by 100 if they can somehow get in that position. He won't show any mercy if the chance presents itself.... just don't think they're good enough to run all over us.

Based on how we play in most games I'd say it'll be a 10-14 point loss where we play well for half the game and look like we're lost for the other half. We'll get some bad calls where Stoops will spend the next 10 minutes arguing with the ref while we let the clock run down on a field goal and then proceed to have 9-10 special teams blunders in a row to hand UofL the game. That's just basing things on what I've seen so far unless some drastic changes are made.

They always say special teams are a direct indication of what kind of coaching staff you have, and I have to say it couldn't be any truer in this case. Our special teams are consistently the most disorganized unit in the nation who make the same mistakes time and time again. We are dead last in the nation in avg starting field position and we literally have gotten to a point where we do nothing well. Special teams are a microcosm for where our coaching staff is at: disorganized, inconsistent, undisciplined and totally overwhelmed and outmatched, even by teams like UL Lafayette, EKU and Vandy.

Not in the least. Perino is not a bad coach, but I don't understand kentucky fans who put him on a pedestal and fear/worship him.

I've decided to stay longer at my brothers in Nashville for thanksgiving. I was going to come back early to watch game but I just can't rationalize trading family time for what I know will be awful. My wife and kids are all for it, which made it an easy call.

I wouldn't worry about Petrino.

I am raising funds to fly his girlfriends boyfriend up from Arkansas a couple of days before the game.

Vandy has defense and has played good t3am well. UofL has almost lost to ACC bottom feeders. They haven't beaten anyone and looked bad in all of their wins.
We almost lost to EKU and ULL. We've looked bad in most of our wins as well.

Keep posting, A+++++

Louisville is a decent team, but they aren't an offensive juggernaut.
Their last 4 games have been against teams with losing records.

They squeeked out a win last year against us, after proclaiming that we were going to get a beat down. Not scared and dont care. The loss against Vandy was the real back breaker for me.

No, I really do not care at this point in time what UL does to our team. The players proved to me they are not concerned about being embarrassed so why should I lose sleep or worry about UL. UL wants a solid program. They are probably willing to break rules to get it but there is no question it is important to them. Winning is not that important to our staff or our fans. If it was the coaching staff would be made up of different personnel.

They are going to beat UK. Pretty sure of that. It is up to UK to determine if it is a blow out. Given the performance of the two teams this year is should not be a blow out as neither team has an impressive win. Who is the best team that UL beat? Unless UK lays down. The good news is that UL does not have the same level of players in the trenches that MSU and UGA have. Really not even UT. So I can see more of a Vandy type game unfolding.

I am more worried that we somehow win the last 2,get a bowl bid and about 1/2 the team decides to transfer before we play it(if I'm going to go to the trouble of worrying I might as well think up a total mess)

I know it's only Charlotte next week but if we can play better and get a good solid win maybe it will give the whole team a shot of desperately needed confidence - then they can go into the Louisville game in a good state of mind, give maximum effort and come out with the win!

Louisville is a better team than we are. They played Clemson close. They are no slouch on defense either. We could win, but see the Ville by 10. Hope I am dead wrong.

This UL team isn't good enough to lay down a beat down in a rivalry game unless UK hands them easy points which is entirely possible with a turnover prone offense going against a defense that creates turnovers but until the defense understands how to tackle in the open the field and defend simple screen passes to the flat (which I would expect to see a TON of with Barker starting) then any single pass to Boom or Timmons can end up a touchdown.

I would expect more of a score like 31-20 or something like that. I do expect him to have an expanded playbook and use Jackson, Bonnafon, and Bolin in creative ways in the game but I don't think for a second that this UL team is good enough to blow UK out in a road rivalry game.
