Anyone else having problems with ROKU & ESPN charges?

I am still getting credit card charges from the FREE 7 Day Trial back when we originally received threats regarding ESPN+. I cancelled per instructions. Someone gave me a working telephone number. This worked for a few months. Even was refunded the original charge. For the past few months, the charges have reappeared without a reason for the charges. I have tried many telephone numbers, but none works. Even got a recorded message that the virus is the reason for the non-response. Does anyone have a solution or contact that I may use to get this corrected?

My credit card only offers a solution of cancelling the card and renew. I do have other charges to the card that are annual ie. Rivals to WVU annual charge that are prepaid via this card. Three or four more renewing memberships that are convenient to use. Will use this a final solution. Just another reason to hate ESPN.

I didn't have the free trial but did have ESPN+ during basketball season. It was easy to unsubscribe but you must do it through their app on a phone or tablet and not the browser. When you unsubscribe, a confirmation comes up saying you are active until the next billing. Once the next billing came, I did not get charged anymore. I found it to work very well and was shocked.

I wish I had been so fortunate. I cancelled via a phone number given by a member of the board. Was cancelled and received refund. I too remained active until basketball ended. I notified them immediately when we were notified that balance of season was cancelled. After that, I have been billed via CC and unable to get relief from the billing. Still trying and gets to be a pain when they are locked into my credit card and they will not honor request to discontinue membership.

ESPN is awful. One of the few good things about the COVID stuff is that it's kicking ESPN's rear.

I so wish they could put the same football game on two different channels so I could pick which to watch. During football season, my only options are to get ESPN or not watch the games
