A guy I know said he used one and it helped with some back issues he was having. Have you tried one and what brand did you use?

Yes my wife and I have one. It does seem to help but be sure to consult with a doctor or physical therapist before trying one to make sure it doesn't do further damage. Good luck!!

Inversion tables do quite well for mild to moderate back issues. While they certainly don't replace regular/routine back exercises, they can be a wonderful adjunct.

My advice is to find someone in your community or church that has one.......ask if you can come over to try it out once or twice. If you benefit from it, then purchase your own.

While you should always consult your Dr and/or PT before getting one......an inversion table (if used properly) has a very, very mild impact on your back.....so, you shouldn't worry too much of it causing any problems.

As far as brand, Walmart online has them for $100-150......cost can depend on weight limits, etc. Honestly, since the whole purpose is just to become inverted for a length of time, any brand will do the job as intended. I haven't seen any reason at all to justify the more expensive brands.

They increased this old man's vertical from 2" to 4" -- that's a whopping 100% improvement for all you rubes who don't do math real good like.

Yep. I've had a Teeter for a few years now. It helps with herniated disc pain in lower back, but if your issue is thoracic, the muscle vest and division of body weight makes it kinda useless for that area, imo. A stretch strap, yoga roller and a dodge ball might be a better investment for stretching that area.

I wish the table was less home-invasive and/or easier to store, but it's useful enough that I tolerate it as an eyesore in my bedroom.

I asked my cardiologist if I could resume use after HA.

He made fun of me and called me a wannabe BatMan. I don't think he fully grasped the concept...

What's next are they going to post that my cars warranty has expired? :scream:

Honestly, I am truly surprised that Spectrum doesn't have a ghost account here pushing cable and a hard line.

It's amazing what they'll spend and the hoops they'll go thru to gt to me, just trying to get me back. The small amount of money they want from me could barely cover their overhead for calls and emails and texts and snail mail just to me every month.

This dude is all over Louisville tv. He's got a little plastic gun he'll put on you and pew pew pew and you're cured.

or you've got a prescription for something really good. Either way, the people in his commercials are happy.
