They should be $10 if they really wanna fill the stadium. Too many people not willing to spend money to come back.

I'd say we want any fan willing to show up. Too many games with 10k seats empty.
I'd rather have empty seats and fans into the game and loving the team than fans there looking for the first thing bad to happen... While the stadium hasn't been full the atmusophere at the games has still been good IMO and we, the fans that actually care enough to go, have been loud and into the game

Buddy had trouble scalping tickets for vandy at face value. Just not a lot of tickets available as most season ticket holder have been to every game and been loud.

Anyone find a code for this? We have two season tickets but are wanting to take the whole family to this one, which means we need 5 more tickets. I'm footing the bill for this and at $60+ a pop it's going to get expensive by the time I get tickets, hotel room, food, etc. Just curious if there really is a promo code for this one or not. If not I may as well bite the bullet and buy from ticketmaster before they go up any more.

What type of fans? Fans that might be diehard but can't afford to take a family of 4 at $60 each and could if they were $25?

You guys are a bunch of jackasses if you think looking for a deal or not being able to afford tickets makes someone the 'type' of fan you don't want at the game. Get a freaking a life!

BTW....I emailed the ticket office. These special order code is for 'special groups within the community'.....whatever that means.

You act like people who may not wanna pay $60 for uppers are asking for a handout.

I make close to six figures but I now live out of state and don't have season tickets anymore and only come in for a few games a year (last one being Miss State). I don't say this to be condescending, I just think $60 to sit in the top of the 200s is fairly ridiculous and judging by the amount of tickets left for such a big game a lot of others feel the same way.

No need to act like someone who is looking for a ticket deal is "the wrong type of fan"...

I have Sunday basketball tickets that could be part of a trade deal for football tickets as well. Good seats, about midway up section 21.

I went to the Vandy game without a ticket thinking I could just buy one from a scalper on the way in. There were no tickets being sold outside the stadium and they were $60 at the box office. I waited until halftime thinking they would lower it to $25 or $30, but they wanted $45. I wouldn't pay that, as I too, am a season ticket holder (gave my ticket to my daughter). This game will probably be a sell out by the end of the week, so I would purchase tickets now or trade your basketball tix for some, as they will probably only get more expensive closer to kick off. Good luck and Go Cats!

Thanks for the heads up. I'm just going to bite the bullet and buy the football tickets for around $400 for the set. Crazy, but it seems to be the only way to be sure that we get in. I'm tempted to just buy 4 tickets and find someone in the lot to trade the two basketball tickets to for a football ticket. But again, I'd be shat out of luck if that doesn't work and the game is indeed a sellout. I'll probably just give the basketball tickets to someone local that doesn't get to go to games often.

I could be wrong and personally I wouldn't take the chance but I will be surprised if it's a complete sellout! I will be there and I would love to see CWS packed but after the disappointing crowd at the MSU game I just don't see it!

I got a text from UKAthletics last week for $50 each for lowers. I don't recall how I signed up to get those notifications. They say they are an exclusive offer that i have to reply by text. Might all be gone by now since it's been 5 days since I got the message.

I used that for Miss St. Just text 201-23 for the offer. However, the offer for UGA ended at 2:00 PM yesterday.

I got 4 tix in the uppers for the MSST game using replybuy. $30 each. I was worried about a sold out stadium and getting 4 seats together. Turns out that I was probably the only dumbass to use that deal judging from the number of empty seats in the stadium.

I did get an offer earlier this week for $50 lowers for Georgia. Would love to go, but I live 600 mi away, so gas, food, hotel... pretty soon we're talking some real money.

I'm talking about the comment about fans not wanting to come back. That's what I meant. I hope you get in free, we need people in the seats.
Now about that jackass comment, apparently these so called moderators are letting the name calling fly. So next time I'm going to turn it loose.

I seriously doubt there will be a promo code for this one. Tickets are selling like hotcakes since Monday. I bit the bullet and went ahead and bought 6 in section 204 earlier. Still some good seats left in the lower portion of the upper level for $60. They are going fast though. I needed 6 tickets in a row and it took me several refreshes to get them because they kept disappearing before I could complete the transaction.
