It's basically a talk show / podcast hosted by two Brits (who are stand up comedians in their spare time) usually discussing "Woke" culture and the pushback against it. I find it interesting.

I haven’t, but I’ll check them out. You’re pretty good with the recommendations, or we seem to like similar humor.

It's not a comedy show but just a discussion show, although the guys interject clever one liners here and there. I just like having interesting discussion shows going in the background when I'm doing other mindless stuff that doesn't require concentration. In the past I'd have had something like cable news on in the background but I never turn that on anymore. If you're accustomed to cable news with all it's over the top yelling and crazy rhetoric then Triggernometry will seem weird to you because it's just people having a normal discussion in a normal voice without saying crazy stuff.
