I'd guess they're waiting for CViv to pick out the carpet for her office or she found out that her
office is 2 sqft smaller than Pikes.

From what I have been told,there has been some type of underground utility work being done the past few months. I assume that it why you see the mounds of dirt being moved around and the bulldozers. The pace is supposed to really pick up in June once classes are over.

Good point. Probably should have written deep hopes and high mounds of dirt.
They have started, they've been doing underground work with the pipes/wires etc coming from the RAC. No foundation yet, that's supposed to start next month.
