From @Dave Lackford - same place the Marrow rumors were coming from over the weekend. Louisville rivals guy just trying to get some hits/subscriptions for his site that has 8 people. Just ignore anything coming from the guy.
Figured it was fake, he is likely going to the NFL before Louisville

This seems to be a moot point with his decision to declare for the draft. But from what I understand, the only people that can't initiate contact are employees of the schools wanting him to transfer. So it's legal for, family, friends, HS coaches, advisors to be contacted by those employees, because they aren't under scholarships.
