Are you rooting for OSU or ND, and why?

Never thought I'd say this but I want to see OSU bring another title to the B1G, because:

(a) It reinforces the B1G as the conference to beat
(b) ND should not be "rewarded" for getting to keep 100% of their winnings, unlike every other team that has the stones to play in a conference, and
(c) The ND fans in Miami (and on social media) are insufferable.

I am rooting for Notre Dame. Why? Because I want all Universities to be in a conference. If Notre Dame wins the Natty they will get to keep all of the monies involved. I think that's $20 million. They will not have to divide the monies with any other teams of a conference, like Penn State would. That's BS. Hopefully all members of conferences will realize how wrong that is and will take actions to force Notre Dame to join a conference. I don't care, pick a conference..ACC, SEC, B1G or the Big12.

That won’t happen. Too much arrogance for ND to do that. Can’t stand OSU but if ND was playing Satan, I would root for Satan.

Since someone HAS to be a winner, I would prefer it to be OSU.

I disrespect and dislike ND (and Michigan) more than OSU in this regard.
They're obviously good/great and deserve respect because we cannot beat them.

Ohio State for Conference purposes. In addition, the loss last week keeps Notre Dame in my "despise for now" box.
I also hate the fact that Notre Dame fans have an elitist attitude about their Football Program's independence from conference membership. I feel some believe that translates to ND FB is perched at the top of the College Football Empire and all others are second.

I can't tolerate that.

I have a lot of 2XL Penn State clothing for sale now.
U of Toledo, Defiance College, Cleveland State Masters, U of Toledo specialists in educational admin.

Nothing from Penn State, so where does that put me? I don’t live in PA. Makes it worse.
I guess I’m saying it’s a dumb argument to say a fan base isn’t worthy if they didn’t attend said school. All -110,000 on Saturday in Beaver Stadium are Penn State grads?

Edit - can’t stomach anything about Ohowihate suckeyes from columbASS

The Big10 did not stick up for us when we needed some support, we are screwed regularly by the Big10 refs, and they continue to stick it to us whenever possible.

And ND is just as bad in their own way.

Saw the funny short with Josh Mancuso where when he is the ND fan he says ND is going to come out wearing Michigan uniforms since OSU can’t beat Michigan. 🤣

In the course of whining about the non-holding calls vs OSU, Ryan Day has effectively thrown the B1G under his bus. It's not a good look for the B1G, which we all know is inherently corrupt.

Can’t stand most ND wal mart fans. 2 guys I grew up with and were the most overrated athletes in school history (finally we had new coaches in basketball and baseball my senior year and those two guys ended up on the bench where they belonged) are ND fans. They talked so much stuff about PSU during the Sandusky stuff to me that I’d love to see them lose by 50

OSU, while I hate them, I find Marcus Freeman to be a pretty arrogant dude. He turns me off with his whole I was disrespected schtick.

The good news is if Day loses tonight he's fired and if he wins he's off to the NFL. Bad news is they'll probably hire a better coach at OSU when he's gone.
