Funny...Arkansas was clearly mentioned in the title of the thread.

You could have easily bypassed since you don't care..

But....you responded in the thread..

Let's explain slowly for those that don't "care".

This is a basketball forum. The former 15 year coach of UK, left to coach in the SEC. At a school that for many years was our main rival in the SEC. That may cause some (blush) to comment about that coach and team on occasion.

If there was only a way not to respond in these threads in which people don't "care".
He responds to every Kal thread on this board..

Didn't watch any of it, did Cal go to stall ball when he had the one point lead?

A reporter after the game asked Cal about his teams execution and Cal said he was in favor of it.

I watched the game.First I noticed Wagner much improved on defensive end this year. Second Davis is healthy, different ball club when he is.Finally Big Z is their biggest liability
With the injuries we have I would like to have Wagner right now! He’s playing pretty good! Z crapped down his legs last night! I can’t stand Pearls, but I sure didn’t want the Hogs to win either!

Let us wait and see if Pope can play Auburn as tough as AR played them before we continue to bash Cal. Cal is gone except we will not turn loose of him. Damn, why do we daily continue to give Cal move coverage than we do our coach Pope? Insane we can't let Cal go. He does not coach our team so why do we give a shvt ?
Simple, don't click on the thread. There's one thread about Cal/Arkansas on the first page, this is it and you clicked on it, read through it and complained.
You knew the chances of this thread being about Cal's bad coaching, were going to be high and you clicked on it anyway. Why?

To me Arkansas needs to win out and get a game or 2 at the SEC tourney to get in
It's a weak bubble and the strength of the SEC is helping Arkansas.
They get a dangerous Missouri team on Saturday, they better win that one.
But I'll say this, Arkansas is a tough opponent right now, they're playing solid, physical defense and if they're hitting shots, they're very good.
Problem is, Cal waited too long to care enough to figure his team out. Too bad, so sad.

We were up 5 with five minutes at Texas and lost. Short memory stone throwers.

I love it when people bring facts to the table and don't go off in the moment emotion. Cals butt puckers so much in games like that. It's defintely a trend.
Couldn’t drive a needle in his butt with a ten pound sledge.

They're up 1 with 3 minutes to go. They don't score again. They had absolutely no clue what they were doing on the last 5-6 possessions.

And the thing is, they were right there. They play the best defense in the conference. And then when it mattered the most, well, we have seen it before.
Deja vu all over again

Solidly losing more games to ensure the final collapse this year and no NCAA tournament for the Hogs.

Sounds like CCC is right on target.

Good for him, Hogs, you wanted him and you got him.

Enjoy that LONE win over Kentucky as your signature win of a nightmare season.

Fland getting hurt was actually a plus for them. Wagner and Davis more minutes and it likely got Davis going. Z is playing well despite the poor game against AU

We also aren't 4-9 in conference with only 1 decent OOC win.
You talking about the 4-9 team that beat you in your game of the year, the told you so game by 10 in your house? BBN is still crying the sweat tears of hate and defeat.

If Fland getting hurt somehow helped them, it's more proof that Cal refuses to play his best lineups.
Just like last year, how do you prioririze Edwards and Wagner over Dillingham and Sheppard, when every metric and his own two eyeballs proved what the best lineup was. Or, he could just ask Nate Oats.
That's the main problem with Cal, he relies on what the HS rankings were and nothing changes his mind. If that player was a top 5 recruit, that player is going to start and get the most minutes whether he sucks or not.
If having a healthy Fland was inhibiting team efficiency, then Cal was doing something wrong, but we know this already.
Fland averaged something like 15ppg and 6apg, that shouldn't be a bad thing.

You can’t event get your own stats right. You haven’t made a final four in 30 years.

A match made in heaven with Can’t Coach Cal
Fixed it still the same results.

Congrats on 2 elite eights and the sweet sixteen. You won’t be close to those results this year with who you have coaching your team.

And guess what, Arky now has the UK coach that massively underachieved with a crapload of NBA talent in the time period you are referencing above..do you not see the irony of your post?

Glad Cal had continued his massive underachieving with Arky. Seems like you are thrilled as well.

I don't like Cal anymore than yall do but I still pull for my team.
It's like BBN just can't let it go just hate hate hate.
You should be thankful for AR the Chicken man saved KY what 30M or something whatever the buyout was.
He pretty much burned his bridges in KY and at AR all he has to do is ask the Chicken man for more money.

Kentucky reportedly didn't counter when Calipari was offered by Arkansas, signaling the Wildcats were fine with letting him go. Calipari was also due a $34,968,749 buyout if he was fired prior to April 1, 2024

You go to our forums and you don't see almost daily hate on KY like you do here with AR and Cal.

Well, you guys didn't have an underachieving, overpaid coach who left Fayetteville for Lexington. But congrats on getting a guy who's at the end of his coaching cycle. I guess.

The Muss Buss left to go to USC and you don't see us hating on him.
He was trying to get to the west coast for 2 years and completely destroyed our team last year and just like Cal had burned all the bridges with supporters with money.

We’re all thrilled Cal is gone seeing as how he basically has almost the exact same team Kentucky would have this year and the the record is atrocious compared to the talent. We also talk about Pitino, Tubby, and BCG here. Even tell people Sutton is a drunk. Either contribute something interesting other than trying to police what people post about or get lost.

Sutton was a drunk that was well known in AR he left here to go to KY had to be drunk;)
AR would of won more games if the Boggie Man went down earlier in the season we both can probably agree on that because we both know Cal would of stuck with him to the end.

Still? Basically your entire team played for Kentucky or was committed to Kentucky last season. Obviously it's something we are gonna follow.
