He should have stopped using Google maps before filming a video I agree about.

On the bright side, at least he won't get lost 😀

Haha the GPS interrupting him hahahaha

Very nice!!😊

I change my instructions to British and Australian sometimes. Just change it up.
They should have a special Calipari edition of google maps for Arkansas fans.

The app could say, "Gooooooo" and "Ruuuuuun!" when traffic is getting tight and they're trying to make an exit in time.

Imagine the comments on this if he had still been here and went to an NBA game after getting his *** handed to him earlier that day

And that right there is his exact problem. Going to that game was the most important thing to him today instead of his own game that he gets paid a lot of money to coach. It’s like he thinks he’s a rock star and whoever he coaches for is lucky to have him.

It's like watching a recording of one of my conversations with my guys the last five years. Minus a few F-bombs and the GPS, mind you.

This is the wrooong year to have Calipari as your coach. This league is absolutely brutal.

And I don't want to hear that Cal had a short time to piece together his roster, he got 6 guys from UK, plus Davis, Aidoo and Brazille. His roster has talent in spades, he is the common denominator, but he's putting it on the players. He's a complete joke and we got extremely lucky that Arkansas was stupid enough to hire him.

And we don’t have to listen to Cal’s arrogant, egotistical mouth in the press conference!
I think that’s my biggest issue with “him” is the fact a ding-dong like me can see this isn’t a winning way to play (when he was at Kentucky), but insists its his way or the highway. Lose, but recognize the issue(s), much like the loss against Ohio State; we could have folded but won against Brown and Florida. Cal would have won the Brown game but lost by 10 against Florida…easily.

Are Hog fans that much smarter than we are? It took them about 8 games to figure out what took us 8 years... that's a real gut check...
But they didn't get the first 5 years of great results. They have ONLY gotten the old, decrepit, lazy and entitled Cal.

When I saw there Hogs give up a layup underneath the Vols basket on an Inbounds play when they really needed a stop, I just SMILED and thought how AWESOME it was to have Mark Pope as our coach now!!!

I think there's just more interest in what Cal is doing this year because the team we would've had is playing for Arkansas. So that butt kicking they just took today would've been what we probably would've received at the hands of Florida in Rupp today. I expect that this will subside next year (and in the following years).

These are the same people that stalk exes that no longer want them. Very sad
I think it's a little more complex than that.
In case you have forgotten... the fan base was divided as to whether they were ready to move on from Cal or not. There were ... And still are... Cal die-hards among the fan base.
In addition...Cal continually talked down to BBN calling us "Bennies" for second guessing his refusal to play ANY zone, play more deserving players (Shepherd) over his pets (Wagner), and allowing NBA prospects (Shady Sharpton) who were cleared to play to lounge on the bench while injured players struggled out on the floor.
There is also the national media figures (Seth Greenberg/Dick Vitale) who always rally around UK coaches, regardless of job performance, and vilify BBN for our high expectations.
IMO the current obsession with Cal is much more about vindication for being correct in our assessment of what Cal was doing to the program than mere "stalking" .

I get why he is there, but he were still here and did this, I would understand fans being upset

He just doesn't get it. It's like he wants to do anything OTHER than coach a team to win games. He will recruit, he will check in on all his past players, he shows up to draft nights, helps his friends kids to playing time, does all this community work.. and just like going to D. Roses jersey ceremony.. its all good stuff. But you have to prioritize winning at some point.

Flying up to Chicago the night before a 2pm game, and you miss shoot-around THE NEXT DAY.. just not a good look. The fans should be upset, Arkansas fans or Kentucky fans.

Not only that, but still running an offensive scheme from the early 2000s instead of adapting and changing is the more severe crime.

Fair and I’m in the same boat with you…but surely you could see why others don’t see it that way
The biggest thing is seeing the aforementioned video…the video flat-out admitting that he didn’t do a shoot-around. Why?

Because either he didn’t want to…(to be cool, calm, like a NBA team, etc) or because of some other issue.

My take…this is a coaching issue that’s easily corrected. How hard is it to say “be on court at 9:00 for a shoot around”? However, regret it when you’re beat several digits?

I have no problem with this regardless given it was DRose’s jersey retirement tbh

The fact he doesn't have a system and routine for away games at this point in his career says it all.
Is it simply that he and his lazy assistants just didn't feel like getting out of bed that early?
Just a weird response all together.

I loathed Cal but the SOB is gone. I don't give a rats rectum what he or his team are doing.
I mean, it's pretty simple, you don't have to click on either Cal thread, the titles tell you exactly what the subject matter is going to be, so why click and read if it pisses you off?

Cal is a huge part of UK's history and he is wrecking Arkansas just like he wrecked us. It's a very good topic of conversation, because we were freaking right. UK fans took heat while Cal still got praised by the media, but now, everyone is seeing what we saw many years ago.

There are 100 other threads to read, why would you click on this one and play the Karen role?
