I don’t care what other teams are doing. I care that Kentucky basketball is turning into an utter disaster.
If Duke loses by 55 points and Cal slips on a banana peel, none of it eases what I saw tonight
And Pope is losing BADLY to competent teams with vets some of which have experienced deep runs.
My buddies wife cheating on him would not make me feel better about my wife cheating on me.

I may be way overreacting, but I just feel like the season is done. I love basketball so much. Literally obsessed with the sport. I love UK basketball so much. I counted down the days for this season but now I have zero excitement. And zero hope for the future of things stay as is. That's not a fun place to be as a fan.
Nope, I agree man. I’m hoping I wake up tomorrow and see something different with it. Right now, it doesn’t feel like there’s any hope of it working out
It’s so bad that Lowe and JQ won’t help solve all the issues this team has. That’s the scary part

I said that like a week ago in my tape review of the Louisville game and got called a troll. I really do love Mark Pope —- he can’t coach defense. And whoever is helping him stinks too

I’m there with you. I don’t think we make the NCAAT unfortunately. At best we will be squarely on the bubble barring a major turn around. This is a deeply flawed team and popes coaching is just not good enough to overcome that.
I don't care about Arkansas, Duke or anyone else. All I know is we absolutely got whipped tonight and didn't even have the heart to fight back. Coach out of sorts, players out of sorts with no apparent fix that's what should be the worry. ARKY would beat us by 40 if we play like tonight.
It’s fun seeing rivals lose when you win but I don’t hang my hat on them losing here and there. We blow.
Even at the start of the season, something about this team just didn’t have the same feel or whatever the word is I’m looking for, compared to last years team. The team we had last year was the first time I’ve enjoyed watching Kentucky basketball in a long time…
Agreed! Winthrop was up 5 1:15 left. Then up 1 with the ball :14 left and coughed it up to lose.
Eh, I mean, if my wife was scewing my friend and that friend was also screwing my other buddies wife, I think to be honest I’d feel at least somewhat not alone and also he couldn’t roast me because his wife is doing dude too. Not that it would make it better, but just maybe feel I wasn’t alone in it. We’d probably talk about how we should have never brought the pimp friend to the house.

I’ve said this since the mid 2,000’s when he wanted to retain tubby, who he himself knew it was over, then hired Gillispie. Barnhart should have never been brought back after that. It’s amazing the guy has kept his job. This is Kentucky basketball and read that again.
it was obvious then the guy was a trash AD not meant for a program like this. You almost can’t make those 2 mistakes back to back. Nobody talks about that either, it wasn’t just Gillispie, he tried to RETAIN tubby when the wheels were about to completely fall off.
Barnhart doesn’t like to work. Hiring coaches is what puts an AD’s job in jeopardy. He didn’t hire tubby so he couldn’t be blamed for it. So he wanted him to stay regardless. Then Billy G.
How do you survive BOTH of those at Kentucky?
Because we don’t have Kentucky men overseeing this program anymore. We’ve got outsiders who care about nothing but sucking money out of the state. They want us average and want us to like it. He’s also a classic hatchet man, establishment rhino POS who does the bidding of the higher element and so they want him in charge. This is about being a quiet university. Until this president and AD are gone I’m afraid of the future.

That double tech should have been in Arkansas only. Dude from Winthrop just got tangled up by his own teammate and don’t mean to pull the Arkansas loser with him. Then he goes even further by pushing him after. That should have been a tech in only Arkansas after the review and it should have cost them the game.
