It’s one thing to be excited to hire a Hall of Fame coach. It’s another thing to punch up at a superior conference opponent who has basically owned you for 30 years.

I won't even compare "JUCO" Lamont Butler's stats to DJ Wagner's this season. One kid has like a 25 PER, and the other kid has like a 10.

When we play Arkansas and have that touching video package welcoming Cal back, I’m really hoping the athletics department troll Cal with only showing lowlights, things like Shaedon Sharpe in shootaround, him screaming maniacally at Julius Randle and assistant coaches at press conferences. Then, acknowledge it as a friendly rib before doing the serious, sappy one. Gotta get those shots in for joining a rival. I know our school is too professional to do that though lol

They ain't so arrogant anymore now are they. Any time you see a coach walk away from not only a blueblood job, but the top coaching job in the sport for a lesser job (Tubby Smith leaving UK for Minnesota, Bill Curry leaving Alabama football for UK & now Calipari leaving UK for Arkansas) You can bet the farm that coach will be a complete flop at his next job. What else did the Arkansas fans expect

I actually think that the Arkansas game is the most important game of the season. Bigger than UL, bigger than Duke. It is a must win game for the Cats and I believe that Arkansas will be ready to try to win the game for Cal. I’m not looking forward to the game, Arkansas might be a Quad 2 game by the time they come to Rupp.
Just laughing at them being Quad 2 after all of the **** their fans talked this summer.

I hated Ark long before Cal got there and I’ll hate them long after him. This little stretch has been fun to see them twist and squirm. They went from hating Cal at UK, to thinking he’d march them to a FF, and know they’re just as confused as we were the last 3-5 years of his tenure.

Eventually, maybe we can welcome Cal back like we did with Pitino.
But for the game coming up in a few weeks, they should do exactly as you said.. video footage of the low points, overt boo'ing, etc. The fans and the program should make it utterly impossible for him to come in here, and get a win against UK in his first year at Arkansas.
And if Arkansas keeps spiraling, this game against UK might literally be the death blow to Arkansas this year if we win.

We would basically have Arkansas roster. We wouldn’t have had Johnell Davis, but they don’t have Johnell Davis either. We’d be 0-3 in the SEC, and have lost most of our tough non-conference games.
Instead, we lucked into one of the smartest minds in college basketball. After years of watching that eye sore of an offense, we have one of the most exciting offenses in CBB.
We’ll win a couple games in the NCAAT, Cal and Arkansas won’t even make it.
