It's not easy. Some of his tweets really tick me off. But, overall, the policy positions are good. Dinging NATO to increase cooperation is good and to increase NATO funding from other countries. Blasting China on currency manipulation and unfair trade is good while next having a meeting and getting some concessions and then claiming that China is no longer manipulating their currency (Art of the Deal is the blueprint for this kind of stuff). Increasing pressure on China to deal with North Korea or we will, is great. China is frightened and has moved 150,000 troops to the North Korean border. North Korea is on edge having no idea why that strike force is approaching. I think China gets much more involved in N. Korea, which is what must happen. The Syrian strike was good. Being very tough with Russia and Putin is good and telling Russia it is time to stop supporting Assad is good. The world is a mess and will take a long time to repair the damage done by Obama.
It's quite obvious that Obama had every intention of diminishing Americas standing in the world. He was quite successful at it too.
