If true, great get. I posted a video of him recently discussing the wrestler "interview" with new head coach Cael Sanderson back in 2009. That was Bryan Pearsall.
A little more about him from this 2022 bio. Seems heavy on the recruiting side too.

Im hearing he’s our guy. Also heard he was being considered for the Penn Uni. HC job prior to all this.
He was asst HC there. Strange to say but he probably has more career growth here as Director of Operations than he might as HC at Penn.
He was not being considered for the HC job. Big reason he's coming.
Yup I’m finding out more. Seems to be on par to what I’m hearing.
No. That’s Jordan Oliver. He was my fave Cowboy. I’ll be doing my YT show so everyone will see me. I’m not anybody secret or fun lol. Just a fan.Is that you in the profile pick?
Mark Hall got the Director of Operations job at Oklahoma. Didn't know where to drop the news. A good pickup for OU.
I feel like he could do better.
Mark is going to wake up in the morning, with a hangover and realize who he was in bed with.
So OU is a "cut your arm off to escape" kind of gal.
That’s a really good move for uO, and I think Mark Hall may get some valuable benefits.
But, he’s a bigger name than that job.
But, he’s a bigger name than that job.
I keep wondering where Vincenzo Joseph is going to show up. We’re talking about someone Koll hand picked to be his #2 at Stanford. Def someone I think is being sought after his recent retirement from competition.
We call it " coyote ugly" out here. You gnaw your arm off so you don't wake her.
That’s a good one for a favorite!
@smalls103 now that (according to Pyles) our top target for the 3rd asst spot has turned us down… do you feel comfortable telling us who it was?
That’s not as fun as Lee choosing between DT and Cael
1 more official Assistant Coach spot is open.
Well they had said director of operations but this says RC. It’s not the DO or the 3rd asst position. Am I wrong?
The tweet says recruiting coordinator.
@smalls103 had a good statement on the Iowa page about what he thinks a recruiting coordinator should do and it wasn’t quite what I would have envisioned. Maybe not so much about getting the talent but more about assessing the talent and then sending the coaches in to recruit.
What does this mean for Caldwell? Is he going after the third assistant coaching position?
He could still potentially be an assistant coach. It seems slightly worrying that there has been this long since the press conference and no word on him.
