Since this thread is coming to an end I wanna say if anyone has twitter and wants to join us there as we discuss Cowboy Wrestling join the community on “X” fka twitter.

"THE gathering place for all fans of David Taylor's dominant wrestling program, which will shoot for thirty five national titles this upcoming season!"

I like the ballsiness of that "dominant wrestling program" line. I hope it's a prediction of the future.

If this forum becomes pay to read I’m probably out.
I agree with this message

That’s literally the copy and paste from this 34 & counting forum bio. I just replaced JS with DT.

Not to detail the thread…

This is great!

You don’t have to pay to be apart of 34 and Counting, do you? I’ve got friends on here that don’t have a Sub to the Corral.
Is it me or should it read that "you don't have to pay to be a part of this" as opposed to "apart". I know math is hard and maybe English is also. ;-)

Good call out! Appreciate the edit

A. Part.

And, apologies for derailing the thread 😊
I'm very thankful for the correction because what I thought you meant to say was, "You don’t have to pay to be apart from 34 and Counting" which is, of course, categorically correct as well.

I was pretty impressed with Pearsall in the sessions he ran at camp this week. Dude’s gonna have his own program at some point (if he wants that). We’re fortunate to have him as an extra “coach” in the room.
As the interview basically alludes to… He’s the Director of Ops and the Recruiting Coord. He’s definitely going to handle our Operations and administrative stuff but w/ the RC title he can still lace them up in practice.

What impressed you? Always curious to hear this kind of insight.

This may be a good place to drop this from Intermat.

Appears DT is earning a salary of $950,000
Kennedy $199,000
Gilman $132, 650

This doesn't include any money from RTC and/or camps.

By comparison, Smith was earning $500,000. Coleman $190,000. Perry $125,000. Caldwell $114,000.

Reviving this threat because something came to mind the other day that y’all may know the answer to. Am I remembering correctly that they said during introductory interviews that Jimmy Kennedy is an analytics guy, or was that a fever dream? If so, what do wrestling analytics look like, is it in-match stuff or more about training/recovery? You always hear about analytics nerds in baseball, football, basketball, etc, but that was the first I’d heard of it in wrestling (if not hallucinated).

Schools who use it?

Ohio State

Virginia Tech

Augsburg

Oklahoma State

Cornell College

Central Michigan

Not sure if OSU still uses Boss, but it's probably similar if they don't.
