Have you all even taken the time to read the damn statute that you keep harping about? None of these individuals likely qualify, but by requesting it, it swamps the court system with cases to grind the immigration system to a halt. This is a strategy being employed by immigration advocacy groups. Trump flipped the script on them with the plan to enforce this as a criminal act coupled with ending DACA. He closed the loopholes which were being intentionally exploited.
I’m basically done with this issue. It’s not even real at this point. If I were pushing strategy, the Dems would pay dearly for this one.
