Anybody use this? Seems like a decent option but it does hook (priority) to a tower so there has to be a slow down

Trying to decide if all this is worth it or just go the digital antenna route and watch local channels

Trying to decide if all this is worth it or just go the digital antenna route and watch local channels

The biggest challenge we have at our tailgate using a phone as a hotspot is the slowdown as the crowd grows. After about noon, buffering is pretty common.

Digital antenna would be great for the local channels but watching ESPN or SECN would be impossible.

Nighthawk is a digital hotspot that hooks (priority) to the tower…then streams at 720 or 4g level

So not a phone hot spot
