Edit: Well, at least my name transferred over and it shows my original date I joined way back in 2003. I guess the other history is no more.

As a mod... I'm also in the same boat as everyone else. I got nothing but a janked up username.

I bet you signed in with your email account. That's what I did and I got the same _rivals##### added to my user name. I tried changing my username back to my rivals name (Old_Red) but it told me that it was in use. I suspect that it was reserved for me. I could choose OldRed which would be close but I am going to leave it for a while to see if they sync up the _rivals##### back to their original names after a while.

I'm also holding to see if they eventually get to changing me over to my old name. I started this thread and filed a support ticket; waiting is about all I can do now. Good luck.

I have a different issue than most. I paid $127.00 for premium service and cannot post on HOB or KSR+

Who do I go to fix that? I sent a message request and no response. Not even an acknowledgment. $127.00 to post on a free board.

I'll ask again: if my HOB subscription doesnt run out until October, do I have to sign up for a new HOB/On3 subscription?
