I have no idea, before RR closed I checked here when it was first announced And tried to signup. It said that email was already used here so I was like cool it switched over. I log in and have a brand new account with that name lmfao.

It's really kind of anonymous right now.
I don't know whether to change my name like others have successfully done, or to wait hoping it will all magically migrate.
For me the really important thing is that the community survives and continues, unfettered, to function as it did.
This switchover has been in planning for quite some time… so how can it be this screwed up?

My username is UKfan215. I've been a member of the Rivals forum since 2003. I have tried for multiple days to log-in with my registered email and password. It is not recognized. I then tried to recover my password but the email that was supposed to be sent never came. So out of desperation I tried to register a new account. But that doesn't work either! After I enter my email, password and choose a username, I can't proceed any farther because the "continue" button isn't even clickable. As best as I can tell, NOTHING HERE WORKS!!!! I can't even get anyone from customer service to reply to me. What the heck am I supposed to do to get my account back? This is incredibly frustrating.

When you get to the window to add your email, password, and username, you have to choose a username different than the one you had on Rivals. For example, I had to change form exemjr to exemjr_uk for the continue button to work. If opting to create a new account, the username has to different than it was on Rivals for the continue button to work.

Okay, that worked! Thanks. And thank you BlueWorldOrder74 for relaying my message. Without you two, I probably would have never got registered. Customer support sure wasn't going to reply. Man, this transition has been.......rough.
This. It's weird how some have their names and some do not though.
I guess it's the likes. If I had my total history listed here, it would probably be unreal what it would look like by now over 20 years. I've changed some intentional some unintentional. Half of those years we didn't even have the like function. Really don't care, the name everyone knows you by is all you need AFAIC. To each their own, but I don't see the issue either.
For the record, all I did was create a new name after making a new account with a new name. Just go to settings. I changed it there somewhere. Just pick a new name.

Same username/password for 20+ years. But the new system wouldn't take it, and it didn't know my email (which I know I got their emails at -- I just never signed in with it).

Once you reach certain post counts and likes, it bumps your compensation level.
I had a few names. I got banned a couple of times. Like you, I was anti-Cal and felt the wrath of a certain mod. They would let Baller Cal and others go nuts, but would ban me when I got into with them. We always got along and I credit you for calling how it would go down with Cal. I was done after Evansville.

I have a different issue than most. I paid $127.00 for premium service and cannot post on HOB or KSR+
Who do I go to fix that? I sent a message request and no response. Not even an acknowledgment. $127.00 to post on a free board.
