Start Young, Nance, Kopp, Gaines and Boo.

Let Audige and Beran be the first two off the bench, and, depending on flow, have Audige play alongside Greer.

Audige ain’t good enough to be in the closing lineup by default — let him earn it with his play in a given game.

He shouldn’t have been out there done the stretch against Penn State.

I do tend to agree with you here. I think he needs to settle into the big ten a bit better. He is a great athlete but still needs to find his shots within the offense and work to make others on the team better. He needs to work on getting his teammates some points as opposed to just creating shots for himself. He’s forcing it too much and I think he’d find he’d score as much or more when getting more of his shots within the offense and not trying to only break his man down 1-1.

But it was a given he was coming back in and he took a bad shot right off the bat and then a contested 3. Everyone else was shooting well so why was he shooting the first look he got.

I honestly so much preferred the offensive flow last year with Spencer. The play was much more unselfish. Today was much better overall in terms of setting others up for shots but Audige just won't let the game come to him, and his forced shots really cost us today. I don't know what Collins is telling him but he can't be happy at what Audige is doing.

He keeps giving him big/important minutes, and I never see Collins chewing him out after bad shot selection. Maybe bench him when he takes ill advised shots. They guy is shooting 38% from 2 and 28% from 3. But Collins will keep riding him, riding him to a long losing streak.
