This article pretty much shows how the fight between the SEC and B10 is. They both want to be the one dominant power. This model the B10 is proposing is just way over the top.

Its really a fight about greed and not what is good for the game. Stinky Stanky talks a big talk sbout growing the game but he and his B10 cohert in the end only cares about themselves. If anything they will be the end game of CFB for many.

Maybe at this point the B10-SEC should play a championship game against each other and then the winner plays the ACC-B12, Ind, G5 team who wins that leagues championship. Call it the CFB Super Bowl and at least this way those other teams at least knows they wil not get screwed

24-28 teams are way too many especially since only a handful have a reasonable chance of winning a championship. How many extra games would teams have to be play in order to reach the championship game?

Well a 32 team requires 4 just to get to the championship. So I would think with 28 maybe 3 if you got a bye.

I can’t believe any of these other conf would even be on board with this crap proposal. If the two power brokers got 7 bids each, how many 4 loss and maybe 5 loss teams get in the playoffs?
