This place. It's off the beaten path a bit in Eggleston, which is about 20 minutes on the Princeton side of Blacksburg. Everything is fresh and grown locally. They cook everything in a brick oven pizza made in Italy. And their pizza is REALLY good. It really a neat place.

Yeah I need to check that out when i get down that way. I know Palisades does the celebrity chef tour and Walter Scheib, the former exec chef at the G did demos there.
