Back, Master Chef question?

I don't know if you watch Master Chef, but Monday's competition had the final three contestants serve 50 chefs representing all 50 states. Tom Shields represented WV.

Have you heard of him? Google isn't helping me a lot; basically leaving me to surmise he may be from WV and working in Cali.

I didn't have to look up Maryland's representative Bryan Voltaggio as he gets plenty of publicity in this area.

Saw that. I nor my wife knew who that was. I saw Mike Voltaggio. I graduated with Mike in 2000 from the apprenticeship. Heck of a chef.

He seems to be doing well in Frederick.

What do you hear of Lot 12 in Berkeley Springs?

Very good. Guy does a great job. Pretty sure he trained under Timmins. Btw I think Mike represented Cali and Bryan represented Maryland.
