Hopefully all the construction on I-29 that was started a few weeks before our last game will be done. I still can't believe the Missouri roads people had numerous southbound stretches reduced to one lane the weekend of the NU game, which was also Labor Day weekend.

I might have to get tickets for that game. I havent been to Arrowhead Stadium since September 17, 1992 to see Guns and Roses with Metallica and Body Count. Great concert.

We came down Saturday after the game for a Sunday Royals game. It was pretty bad.

For those trying to turn this into some kind of negative: NU will probably clear 5 million as the home team, and that doesn’t take into consideration the value saved by avoiding a game day of Memorial Stadium operating costs (especially at its current configuration)

I’m sure they will profit more going to Arrowhead vs playing in Lincoln in a reduced stadium, heck why not play one in Denver as well. Give a chance for alumni and fans in that area.

Money on Friday night game doesn’t generate the same kind of money a football game on Saturday makes..
