Expended all of their energy in their version of an NCAA tournament game versus us, then stink up the joint again at home vs. Penn State. Only drama at this point is whether Grove will be fired BEFORE the season is over....

Good news for NU. We should pull for a strong finish out the Nittany Lions.

Indeed. Penn State is now 80 Kenpom after that win, so probably unlikely to drop out of top 100 unless they have a terrible stretch run. The Illini on the other hand, dropped from 66th all the way to 79th. Ugh, just hate that they played their unicorn game against us...

The other possibility is that NU has just been awful for these past two games.
