I read that the line is actually I am your huckle bearer and when you listen closely that is what it sounds like he actually says. According to the thing I read the handles of a casket are called huckles and someone who was a huckle bearer was a pall bearer or someone who would carry you to your grave. To be honest that makes way more sense than I'm your huckleberry.
