Don't these SEC teams understand that by doing stuff like this they're basically acknowledging UK is the ONLY team that matters?

I don't mind the shirts. We do the same thing in football. However, the instructions are hilarious. If they were unique cheers or chants it would be fine, but these are just basic basketball chants that anyone should be able to pick up on within 5 seconds. No need for instructions. Pretty funny.

After a Bama dunk/layup : Forget this, there ain't gonna be any to cheer for !
After a Bama made jump shot : WTH is this 00000000 stuff? How am I to interpret that? better to go with : We finally made one !
After a Bama miss : notice they immediately go to defense chant, forget trying to cheer for them to get the rebound.... I'd just tell them to shout "GET BACK!" and then "*little voice* "dee-fense, please?"
Bama free throw : "OMG!"
Visitor free throw : what do they mean by /bighead? I mean, c'mon. Wave "big head" ??? and if they mean wave big head, which big head they talking about? LOL
and seriously, yell as loud as possible. Shouldn't they be doing that for the entire game without any written instructions?

That's funny, they have to tell Alabama fans how to be basketball fans. All a few UK fans at the game need to do is spread a rumor Saban is considering the Bronco's HC job. The crowd will forget there's an a basketball game going on.
