And, as poorly as SJ is playing (passing); I assume he doesn't want more pressure put on himI don't know anything other than back issues aren't good for any of us... Whether it's through personal experience or we know about someone.... Back problems are unique... The kid will get healthy, or not, and when he does nobody knows... Lack of injury talk is HIPPA driven I suspect.... And it's none of our business would be another good reason![]()
Agreed...it isn't a good sign and if he still isn't practicing...it isn't looking good for Drew to make it back anytime soon.Like I said when it was initially revealed - the fact we're being told so little about it isnt a good sign
I've had back problem and surgery, based on the report that he had numbness in his leg, there is pressure on a nerve. This situation is very serious and hard to resolve, but sure .doesnt need the impact on a football field.
I think it was some random hookerCoaches aren't going to comment on injuries unless they're minor and inconsequential. Theres really no reason to discuss a serious injury, especially if the player isn't taking questions about it. For one it forces the other team to prepare for multiple looks and to be honest if a player has professional aspirations disclosing an injury could hurt their stock. For example who was it last season that Rick Pitino torpedoed the week before the draft?

STOOPS ASKED ABOUT REEVALUATING drew in the bye week and he just kinda shrugged it off and dismissed it. I wonder why its not discussed more...thoughts
The little we have heard sounds very much like this may be the case, sometimes if the disk isn't ruptured PT can help the disk return to it's normal position. We're not hearing anything official but from bits and pieces I think it seems he may have had a herniated disk that required surgery. Is that what others are thinking as well.

Had that happened, he wouldn't have been freely walking around the sideline during the SC game. We're not hearing anything official but from bits and pieces I think it seems he may have had a herniated disk that required surgery. Is that what others are thinking as well.
