Barnhart isn't going anywhere. Every sport (except football ) has improved since he's been here. Facilities have been upgraded. Atletic department is making money. No scandals to speak of. If you're Caputo, why would you replace him? However, I (like many other fans) have no faith that he can make a competent head coaching hire, in any sport. We are stuck with him. Get used to it.

If they refuse to get rid of MB, then at least once a day 5 days a week take 2 minutes and call UK and demand mitch be fired. If nothing else the fan base will piss then off like they've pissed us off for years. Be a thorn in their side

Hell yes he must go! We need to be calling for his head just as much as we are Stoops this go-around. Mitch has been allowed to do far too much damage to this program to let him remain here one minute longer.
Turning around a bad program isn't impossible. With our AD it is. Like you said though we have had a long line of football AD's that have done a terrible job with the football program.

It's becoming apparent. I'm not certain about this, but I would imagine that an 8-win team that goes to a mid level bowl game probably generates more money for the university than a National Championship basketball team does. Not saying that I don't love it when we're chasing down basketball championships, there's just not nearly the money in basketball as football. Hey but what do I know?
