It not only says it, the entire report is literally a breakdown of the FISA warrant obtained to spy on the campaign. If you are too stupid to understand the logic I am not going to be able to help you.

The ones that’s were overwhelmingly proven correct with this IG? The President alerted us to the FISA by saying his “wires were tapped”. Low and behold, there was indeed a FISA, But you morons are hung up on the terminology he used. If you polled Americans, I’d bet 100% of them would know what having their wires tapped meant and maybe half would know what a FISA is and less could tell you how and why it exists.
Go down the list of “dumb ***” conspiracies.
They were lying on and omitting exculpatory facts on the FISA apps. They were knowingly using “fake news” as the basis for their application (Steele Report). The IG found all of these things correct.
There were, per the report, individuals approaching the campaign trying to get information via wearing wires, etc. How is that not a spy or a mole in the campaign?
Defensive briefing? That’s still not fully explained. The fact it wasn’t given to Trump’s team in a fvcking “counterintelligence” operation is absurd.
The only thing left is the political bias and the IG found no material evidence and based on the rules of the IG, and our legal process, he had to determine none existed. Immediately upon release, the man doing the criminal investigation and with more information released a statement that said he disagreed with that assertion.
To a person, everyone of you have said with respect to collusion, just because it wasn’t found doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. Mueller just couldn’t find it. Same scenario.
