Possibly the game of the week in Chicagoland if not the state.
The North Stars have been averaging 38 ppg this season and have only been held under 21 points 2x so far in the last 3 seasons. Batavia is allowing less than 4 ppg on the season and are looking for revenge as the North Stars won the matchup last season.

Thoughts? Who is sticking Tyler Nubin?

Admittedly I don't know much about either team this year nor have I seen either one of them play - but given the choice of high octane offense team or shutdown defense team for a one game matchup - I will go with the better Defense. Batavia 24 St. Chuck 21 is my pick!!

I've seen both teams play and it is really going to come down to the SCN defense. Batavia's offense has been its only inconsistancy. SCN's defense has been vulnerable too, especially against more physical teams like Brook. SCN is going to get at least 24 points, probably more. The question is can Batavia's O-line eat up some clock and take the game to SCN physically.

I think they they will, but it will be great to watch. My Pick Batavia 28, SCN 24

I was impressed with SCN, though I feel the game was not as close as the score indicated. What they did do was fight. The D was Scrappy and the QB kept getting up and making plays despite getting roughed up a little bit. I was kind of surprised though that they didn't even attempt to use their running back. When I was doing my research he was one of their top threats. They probably have since balanced that out. I'm looking for a game in the 20's.

they've corrected that. They line up segobianco almost anywhere on the field they can get a mismatch and Honessee has come into his own. O-line is a question mark for them. On D, they have Nubin at CB, and a great Ivy League bound DE (cant remember the name)

For folks who havent seen Nubin live, here is a link to his junior year highlight. No question that he is a high D-1 prospect

Congrats to SCN. Hell of a win. Don’t think anyone wants to play them in the playoffs. Defense much improved
