BCM - Are you going to do cooking classes again this fall?

Just wondering if you are
planning on trying to do cooking classes at Tamarack this fall. The
wife and I were really wanting to do them two years ago, but everything
had filled up by the time we found out about them. I think I remember
asking around this time last year and you said that you probably
wouldn't be doing it then because of some turnover you had experienced.
Any plans do this it this fall? Thanks in advance.

I hope to brother. the sous chef i had assisting me with those has moved on and I'm still training a couple of guys up. May be next spring before we get rolling again..I'll let you know if we do..
