He was here for Mark's first year, good recruiter but pretty disappointing special teams play. Ed fired him today. NO place for him probably but would like a LA recruiter on staff. State of LA last year had players signed by the following programs, LSU, ARK, Ole MISS, MISS St, Tulane, FSU, Fla, Alabama, Arizona, Kansas, Memphis, So. Miss, Texas A&M, Texas, and many more.
Ark supposedly signed the best defensive player in a LBer.
It would not hurt to have a presence down there. Maybe get in some of these guys who may go to Juco and get them later.

Special teams play is merely a reflection of total team talent, normally. He was here when talent was short, and oh, so young.

Met him a time or two at the QB Club, and he has charisma out the wazzo.
