Amazing job in one of the hardest stadiums to win at. I didn't expect it.
There was a lot of talk of getting Mack. This might be the high of the win talking but with Booker coming along as we hoped and the PEDs kicking in for Sweat I don't think we need him. I think they should focus on corner help.

I think they need to get a corner and maybe backup TE.

I am extremely impressed and fired up watching Caleb lead this team. I was very hesitant to get on board with him as I just didn’t think he was a leader. I was wrong.

He is GREAT and we got him and Ben paired together for a decade. 🐻 🏈🐻🏈

Extremely impressed by the Bears. Guys, they aren't going to be perfect at every position. Early in the game Aikman went on and on about the Seattle defense. And for good reason. But the Bears threw 34 points at them in a very hard place to win.

But I am first looking at the fact the Bears only gave up 17 points. That is big and it gives me a ton of hope for what's ahead. Very, very good effort.

Ya, he’s the guy and it’s not a debate anymore.

He’s in complete control of the O right now.

He’s really kicked up the intensity since his return from the hamstring injury. The opening drive set the tone, but that drive to go up by 10 after Seattle cut it to 20-17 was ultra impressive. He continues to improve. Fun to watch.
Ya, he is gonna have a clunker along the way but he looks really really good.

D needs to clean up this before the half stuff. There only job on the last SEA drive before half was to keep them to a FG. Got beat on a "show double move" it wasn't even JSN's good move. With that said, it wasn't on my bingo card how well the Bears D has played this year. Dennis Allen earning his money. Sweat played well, even though I think he got both his sacks taken away via penalties? Cam Lewis was noticeable and Simmons was a monster.

Gonna need to win some division games starting on Thanksgiving.

Witty mentioned it right after the JSN TD, no need to blitz in that situation. I believe they blitzed on that play against NE at the end of the half as well. DA needs to be smarter in those situations going forward. And with Simmons on the team, there is even less reason to blitz.

Stevenson knows he has no safety help, can’t bite in that situation. You live by the blitz and die by the blitz but I think we will see less blitzing with Simmons moving forward. But they are still going to use Gordon a bunch on the blitzes, he is just to good at it.

Some fun stats and facts coming from last night's game. First time in NFL history that the Super Bowl teams from the previous season were defeated by a team in consecutive weeks. Also, the Bears snapped the Seahawks 30 game streak of not losing by more than one score.

I feel like something is missing from that first stat. Are you saying a previous super bowl champ has never lost back to back games the following year?

The Bears have played Carolina New England and Seattle - all division winners from last year. Still will face Jax - everyone was worried about them playing a tougher schedule.
Yes, but Carolina deserves and asterisk, the NFC South is god awful. They're leading the division again this year with a 3-4 record.

Beat Philly too who I believe won their division last year.
Let's put it in perspective. The Eagles are 2-6 and in last place in the NFC East and won't make the playoffs. So, here is the research I did. The teams the Bears have played have a cumulative record of 30-32. Of the teams that are .500 or better the Bears have a record of 2-2. Not awful...not great. So, they are 4-0 against teams that are under .500. And you should beat the bad teams.

The remaining division games will play a big part in their placement and position. All four teams are over .500. They are in a tough division. But get this. If the playoffs started today all four teams from the NFC North would get a berth. Outside of the 49ers and not including the North, the rest of the NFC is not very impressive.

But there is still a long way to go.

The shine on the Philly win is when they beat them Philly had Hurts, Barkley and Smith playing on offense plus their full defense so while they are definitely a shadow of what they used to be this year they still had a most of their weapons when we played them....and our third string QB!

I think I had the Bears best case 5-3 right now with 4-4 likely. Would love to have that Minnesota game back, we are a half yard away from being 7-1.
Some very hard games remain. Going to Bills Mafia will be as hard as going to Seattle. Love that we got the Jags at home in December hopefully it's Bears weather. Gonna be a fun ride.

I always found the term "Bears weather" funny. What does that even mean? Why does it being cold or raining or snowing give the Bears an advantage? Once the weather turns the Bears practice inside and the majority of the players are either from, went to school, or have off season homes in places like Florida, California, Texas, or Vegas.

I see clips of them practicing outside a lot in the cold weather especially when they know they will be at home. But it's just a saying that's been used as long as I can remember, not worth overthinking it.

I know the game's over and Bear was very impressive.

And I know DA has been doing a great job, but blitzing on that play was a very stupid call. Seattle either punts or gets a FG in that situation.

And if Colston doesn't fumble, I am not so sure Seattle drives down the field for a TD. In the end, for me, Bears 34, Seattle 6. I know I am nitpicking, but this is how I feel. Score would've indicated an even more dominant performance. Btw, when is Kyle coming back. He's the goods.

Great point. Philly had all those weapons, and Bear still dominated them as you posted with a third-string QB.
