WVU had FOURTEEN YARDS OF OFFENSE, had 19 incomplete passes but lost to undefeated Baylor by only 17-14 and had the ball at the end of the game!!!!

WVU had tons of dropped passes, bad throws and tried to tie the game with a kid who had never kicked a field goal in college in his life. He made the 43-yarder but the clock ran out, then after the penalty the 48-yarder was blocked. There were so many unforced errors by this young team.

WVU had a 95-yard kickoff return TD, something you don’t see much with the new pattycake rules.

And the defense stopped Baylor, with its heralded running game, THREE times inside the 5 to prevent a score!

I was never so proud and so frustrated by the Mountaineers.

By the way, the other, undefeated Mountaineers, Appalachian State, lost to Georgia Southern by 3 points.
