He done after this year unless they make the playoffs. I don't see how he could survive if they drop this game and then lose to Bama again.

Puzzling why he can't find a quality QB. Guess because they have such a emphasis on the running game. This particular OL isn't very good right now.

I think it's more than just QB. Cam Cameron is dreadful as a play caller. Saw one series where he called three straight drop back passes. Huh? You have Fournette?

Then on 4th and 1, he always calls a slow developing toss sweep that inevitably gets stopped.

CFN says that LSU is the most talented team in the country! Have zero points at half.

This is why it's laughable that some people think Les Miles is a great coach. He's not...at all. There are at least 7-8 coaches that are better than him. In fact, he has underachieved almost every year since he won the 2007 title. His recruiting classes are on par with the ones that Meyer and Saban have brought in every year, yet he has averaged 3-4 losses per year from 2008-2015. Louisiana is one of the most talent-rich states, he has zero in-state competition, and has coached several players that have not been NFL busts. If you put Meyer, Saban, Fisher, Shaw, Dantonio, Dabo, etc. at LSU, with the amount of talent/recruiting base that is at their disposal, there's no way in hell that they'd average 3-4 losses per year. Les doesn't know how to make adjustments, he can't develop a QB to save his life, he runs that stupid toss dive over and over again when everyone in the stadium knows what is coming, and he's easily the worst clock manager in the college game.

LSU's offense is unbelievably predictable. No consistent play action, screen plays or anything else to try and freeze the linebackers. They either give it to Fournette or try straight drop back passes.

There are hundreds of head coaches - just at the collegiate level. If there are only 7-8 that are better, doesn't that by definition almost make Miles great?

Lack of a quality QB thru the years at a place that is top 5 recruiting consistently is one of the great mysteries of the universe.
