I didn't think we would win this game especially with Butler not playing. I really thought we would lose this game by 12 or more. For us to win this away game with two starters out and one of the two being a starting point guard is incredible. Great job to the coaches preparing the players and the players executing the game plan. This team has a lot of heart and determination 👏🏽

I was definitely prepared for a double digit loss as well. A great surprise and a huge win!

I knew we had to shoot lights out to have a chance to win, but a part of me knew we could do it since it was a huge game. This team gets up for big games.

We were missing Carr, Butler, and Kerr. Two starters and a valuable player.

Anyone expecting to win would've been thought crazy. Hell, Vegas had a 10pt DOG.

It's a hell of a win.

I had a a pretty goid feeling actually. Felt confident for some reason. Coach Pope definitely coached his rear off tonight.

I didn't see it either but I never post my doubts on them before games. Not that there's anything wrong with it. I just try to be glass half full type of dude.

Tennessee has lost 3 of 4 now. UK lost one they could have won at home (Bama), lost one they shouldnt have (Vandy), won one no one thought they would. I do believe I read from many that stated this would happen, not the specific games but UK and the SEC. We are back to needing to pick up a win we were not supposed to now to make up for UGA.

Games like Ark, South Carolina worry me as much as the ranked games. We seem to play down to decently talented teams. Hope we pick the hogs off the bottom of our shoes this weekend and get guys back ready to go and finish the regular season. Would be nice to have guys ready to go.

Going into NCAA the early round games will be a huge worry. If we play other ranked teams we have a fighting chance to win any of those. At least by what we have showed so far. Teams like Oh St, Vandy, Clemson will worry me to death.

I thought we had a chance.

I just couldn’t see us losing 3 straight.

For some odd reason, we have recently played some of our best ball in Knoxville over the past few years.

It seemed impossible, and that’s why we would.

I didn’t feel confident either and told my son that we were going to need to hit a bunch of threes to pull it off. Was a great W

I knew we had it in the bag. I mean besides the exception of Carr, Butler, and Krissa being out what could go wrong?

Can't imagine the guys won't be laser focused and ready to go for Arkansas. These guys love coach and you know they are going to want to win this one for him.

I was astounded my guts insisted we would win this game. I stuck with it. My mind said I needed to go check into the closest mental ward before the game was even played !

Thankfully, my guts forced me to stay home ! lol !

wow. weird. but I'll sure take it !

I went back and rewatched the first half of the Vandy game. We didn't play horribly in the first half, we just couldn't make any shots and Vandy was hitting everything. We should have still won, but it wasn't nearly as bad as some of the other losses.

We all forget even if we don’t have the best talent on the floor, we have the best Coach on the sideline. Pope can COACH up his team and makes great halftime adjustments.

I didn't think we were gonna win, but then I started really looking at UT afterwards. They're a defensive team, awful offensively. And our offense was better, most points on them all year.

This is a game we could survive without butler, Bama, auburn, Florida are the games you really need him bc they have gaurds that can score. But with 3 guys out, and them coming off and auburn loss..thought we may drop it
