Berringer....Lest We Forget

This past weekend marked the 19th Anniversary of Brook Berringer's tragic death in an airplane crash north of Lincoln on April 18th, 1996.

Just out of curiosity, how is this young man's death any more tragic than the 168 who perished in OKC the year before?
