At one of the clients I go to they always have a bowl of jolly ranchers out that 60 or so people have access to. Grape and blue raspberry are consistently the last two remaining in the bowl.

I could add a few others, but they are chewy/soft and shouldn't be on the list like Tootsie Rolls and caramel candies.
I can think of gummy bears that beat haribo gummy bears. They sell these at Lucky's in Lexington. Also sell the same tasting gummy in butterfly shapes at fresh market.I don't know, but none of it beats Haribo gummy bears.
