Aside from the greats (we can get into those later).. the Michael Buble Christmas is hysterical. Great metahumor and impersonation. I know a lot of people hate Fallon, but he nails this skit.

You will never convince me anything was ever funnier than the original Matt Foley skit. Bob Odenkirk and Farley hit a Second City home run that was made for SNL.

Anything from 75 - 84. The show died an agonizingly slow death thereafter.
Wrong. The cast from the late 80's to mid 90's was solid. Phil Hartman, Chris Farley, Dana Carvey, David Spade, Chris Rock, Mike Myers, Victoria Jackson. I'm sure I'm leaving out several.
