Is this. Made right in Arlington KY. If you haven't tried it, please do. You won't regret it.

won ‘t mention the name but there is another KY made sausage that was gooooooooood but it ain’t no mo.
I agree it has lost its flavor and goooooodness. We get it down here in Florida and I have noticed the change. What the heck happened.

When Tennessee Pride is better that just ain't right.

I wish I could try some Kuntry Boy because there are few things I like better than breakfast sausage

Jakes hot is fantastic. Also there used to be a farm in Chaplin where you could get very very good sausage. I don't remember the name of it but it was about on par with Jakes or maybe a bit better.

hands down the best I've ever had. Priceless grocery stores now carry Jakes sausage...

I usually get the frozen pucks of Al Purnell hot, but my wife bought a fresh sleeve of Jimmy Dean premium hot so I made that this morning. Much better than Al’s, although perhaps because it’s fresh.

My go-to is a patty of hot, Bay’s English muffin, deli-style American cheese. A definite upgrade on the classic McDonald’s Sausage McMuffin.

I used to buy the Old Folks sausage biscuits for a quick out the door breakfast but stopped really caring for them. The Tennessee Pride ones are so much better.

Wamplers was, by far, the best I've ever had, but not even sure if it's made anymore. We used to get it in Russell Springs back when we went to visit my grandparents, because here in Central Ky., to my knowledge, no one sells it. It got so dad would take a big ice chest when we went to RS, because so many of our friends found out about it and would ask him to pick them up some as well.

I buy Swaggerty's as it's the 2nd best, IMO. If you do find Wamplers, give it a try; if you love really good sausage, you'll enjoy it.

Wampler's is real good. You can get it at Walmart or Kroger.
