Here in Richmond no one carries it. Your screen name suggests you are from the Somerset area, is that correct? I know down there in that area is where it used to be made. Many years ago you could actually go right to the plant and buy it; I can remember my grandfather would take me and we would go to the plant, but that's been so long ago I don't remember where it was located at, but it was in that area.
I haven't been to Russell Springs for a while, but the Save A Lot there used to carry it. The folks at the store told me that everyone down there knew the day the delivery truck brought it, and they would sell out in a matter of hours. It's that good, lol. I've never found a sausage that good anywhere.
Yes sir, I live in Somerset. If I'm not mistaken, IGA here also carries it.
It is sold in Weeki Wachee, FL. My wife is from the area it is bottled and to our surprise here it is. Why I have no idea.
You can get Ale8 at Cracker Barrels countrywide.
Im from Michigan In border and used to be able to get it . Once in awhile I find it by the bottle at a place. Maybe it wouldn't be as good if you could get it from a Coke machine. Unique taste
I was surprised to find Minqua Brothers Jerky on US 98 north of Crystal River FL.
-there is a soft drink called dr. Enuff in east tennesee. I load up on it when we go to watauga lake. I get the diet version. Its my crack.

Early in its development, Dr. Enuf was reported to have several therapeutic effects, including the easing of stomach pains, relief from hangovers and a clearing of the mind. One interesting note is that one of the early advertised uses of Dr. Enuf, curing hangovers, coincided with Tri-City Beverage's other soft drink at the time, a drink mixer called Mountain Dew. Tri-City Beverage later sold the rights to Mountain Dew to Pepsi, but kept the Dr. Enuf brand.
The drink is still produced to this day by Tri-Cities Beverage. Dr. Enuf is available in original, Diet, Herbal and Diet Herbal varieties. A bottle of any of the varieties contains at least 80% of the recommended daily nutritional requirement of thiamine (Vitamin B1), niacin (Vitamin B3), potassium and iodine. Ok, hands down best sausage I’ve ever eaten. It’s fantastic. Tremendous quality and flavor and leaves tons of grease to make gravy with afterward. 10/10 and I appreciate the enlightenment.

It is very greasy but the way it tastes is great. Glad you like it! I’m gonna try the couple of recs I see here as well.
Not tried the Kuntryboy, but I can say I have not found any store bought sausage that is any good. They make it too lean, which makes it tough. Fairplay has great sausage, they butcher and make all the meat in Fairplay KY, just outside Colombia.
It sure ain't made like it used to be. Used to have way more fat which did make it better. I agree.
If any of you are near Shelby County, B&N in Bagdad usually has good fresh breakfast sausage.
