In the preview for next week's episode, I heard Tuco's bell during the Bingo game. Go back and listen. Right after the older resident yells" BINGO!" you can hear it. Will be great to see him show up periodically.

Mike is one of the best characters on BB. Definitely not just some parking lot attendant.

This message = clueless. Once you watch Breaking Bad you'll realize just how good this episode really was. I was always a fan of Mike's in BB. I'm glad we got a background of how Mike ended up in ABQ. This show is LEGIT and is my favorite on TV at the moment.

Coming from the guy who has some of the worst entertainment tastes that I know, that cuts me deep, bub. Stick to pizza and rap talk.

I love this show, but watching you break it down like you are decoding the Bible's hidden messages each week is pretty hilarious.

Had no ideal everyone was so sensitive about the subject. It's like I jumped into the middle of a family story and called aunt Betty a *****.

If you didn't like this past episode you should just stop watching the show. And likely any interesting tv entirely to be honest. Stick to cartoons and reality shows.

Here's a pretty good interview with Peter Gould. It gives some insight into when they first thought of the show and characters from BB making appearances.

Based on that article, I'm not so certain this show doesn't go right on through the breaking bad timeline and on past into Sauls new life as a Cinnabon Manager.

I just now got around to watching it and what an amazing episode. Love Mike...

Curious as to who could watch the entire Breaking Bad series and not enjoy it.

Are you kidding... heck yea I could see them writing an off the wall episode, most shows do
Vince Gilligan doesn't produce "most shows", you windowlicker. 7 episodes in, you should be able to recognize this.

Jimmy/Saul is still too intent on "doing the right thing" - would YOU have turned in that 1.6 million to the DA? I wouldn't have. And the Kettlemans wouldn't have been able to prove it was Saul/Mike.

BCS is set in 2002/BB was set in 2008, so there's a lot larger timeframe than Breaking Bad

I'm guessing brother is off the legal case and jimmy is going to have to hide that? Didn't see the previews for next week as my dvr cut off.

Definitely think this case is going to slip away from Jimmy's hands... Not sure if his brother turns on him or not. Doesn't seem to be the type that would do so... He might be hamstrung with legal/contractual stuff that shoves Jimmy out of the picture... And perhaps we start to see the beginning of Slipping Jimmy AKA "Saul Goodman". No way he his bagging a 20million dollar case. Wouldn't fit to where we know he ends up becoming.

The Mike angle leads me to believe we see the return of Nacho and/or Tuco via this shady vet... I think there is a lot more story to be played from those characters. And Mike needs some kind of segway between what he is doing now and becoming a henchman for Gus. We already know his motive and that's to provide for his stepdaughter and granddaughter.

2 episodes left in the season and Gilligan and Gould have already indicated that these last 2 episodes are going to be pretty great stuff.

Somewhere along the way Gus HAS to make a cameo or semi regular appearance, don't you think?

Kim and Chuck are nowhere to be found in BB and Jimmy doesn't have the lifestyle of a $20 million case winning lawyer. Chuck and Kim taking the case from Jimmy would fit in with what we know.

Kim will tip off the firm on his brothers involvement, which means the firm is the one entitled any income generated by the brother. I think they'll wait till the settlement is over, then swoop in with this correct legal argument.

Jimmy will be left with a very small slice of what should have been a career case. I think this damages him so badly, he begins the slide into Saul. I think the Saul persona will be a result of him losing the ongoing trademark lawsuit.

This show is impressively accurate from a legal standpoint by the way.

Im not sure who Mike will be put in touch with. I don't think it will be Tuco. I think it will definitely start the path towards Gus.

In the finale I think we see Jimmy change his name to Saul as a surprise counter to the trademark lawsuit, and I think we see Gus being introduced on the fringe of the existing story.

I think you're on to something here. We all know there has to be an Anakin/Vader moment with Jimmy, and him getting betrayed by Kim, combined with losing out on his huge payday, may just be it.

This. His brother saying "use my code" for printing the documents will be what swings the case away from Jimmy towards HHM. Kim will help supply the information to Hamlin. Jimmy will give Chuck an ultimatum, he's either with Jimmy or HHM (and the big payday). Chuck will choose HHM and Saul Goodman will be born as a big F YOU to brother Chuck.

Fantastic episode. I think we now see what causes Jimmy to "break bad": to prove to the world, Chuck especially, that he belongs.

Stolen from an article I read but I think it's spot on: The five words that morphed Jimmy into Saul - "you're not a real lawyer"

Another fantastic episode to a fantastic series. We knew things would turn bad for Jimmy, but I really didn't think Chuck would turn heel. Great stuff. Just 1 more until the season ends. Thankfully AMC has already green lighted the 2nd season, and I would have to believe that this series will last for as long as Gilligan wishes.

They've managed to burn an entire season and Mike and Saul have hardly worked together yet. The show is simply fantastic and will only get better.
